Lyell Branch

The Lyell Branch Library is located in the Northwest Quadrant and serves a community of more than 30,000 residents. The building opened at its present location at the corner of Lyell Avenue and Avery Street in 1985. The library features both on and off-street parking for patrons. A small Early Literacy Center provides a space for our young users to explore. A community garden space was started in the recent past. A meeting room is available to the community, and is used regularly by the neighborhood association and other non-profit groups. Click here to request use of the meeting room.
