Legal Assistance
Are you lacking financial resources to apply for a patent? You may qualify for the Pro Bono Program.
If you want to file without the assistance of an attorney, there is also the Pro Se Assistance Program.
Syracuse University is part of a certification program where students can draft trademark applications and practice before the USPTO (during the academic year).

Rochester Inventors Group
Meet other local inventors in the Rochester Area! The Rochester Inventors Group meets the second Saturday of each month from 11 am – 2 pm on the fourth floor of the Central Library Bausch and Lomb Building from September to June.
