Founded in 2015, Roc Paint Division is the City of Rochester’s Youth Mural Arts Employment Program. The program provides high school students with paid employment, mentorship, and hands-on artistic training while empowering them to transform Rochester through public art. This exhibition features original paintings by this year’s youth artists alongside a celebration of one of their newest murals installed in Central Library next to the Link Gallery. Together, these works highlight the students’ individual artistic voices while celebrating the collaboration, creativity, and community impact that define Roc Paint Division.
