Winton’s collection reflects a wide spectrum of needs and interests. Recreational reading is the highest patron priority, but there is also extensive use of Winton’s wireless connection, with patrons accessing the Internet on their own devices. The branch offers daily newspapers and 124 separate magazines that can be checked out. There is an audiovisual collection of over 8,000 items, half of which are DVDs. The Reading Garden is located in the back of the library property, with a meandering path and bench seating.
The Winton Branch Library is a member of the Monroe County Library System.
