Sufficient parking/clearance. The mobile library requires a level parking area with an asphalt, concrete, or compacted gravel surface. The space must be large enough to accommodate the vehicle and provide additional room behind the van for safely operating the lift and loading or unloading library materials and program supplies. Van dimensions: 19 feet long, 9 feet tall, and 9 feet wide.
