The Friends & Foundation of the Rochester Public Library (FFRPL) conducts essential fundraising and provides valued programs to enhance and promote the Rochester Public Library.
The Charlotte Branch Library will be closed Thursday, Oct. 16th and the Winton Branch Library will be closed Friday, Oct. 17th for staff training.
